Thicc Apple World (real title Thicc Apple III: World) is the third game in the mainline series and the fourth game in the franchise. It was released in late 2018 and was hit with mixed reactions. It was the first tycoon in the series to implement a working save system and to have the rebirth system (known today as the Rethiccening). It is also the only tycoon in the series to have multiple tycoons in one game.
It has since been rebooted under the title Thick Apple World on modern-day Roblox.

Thicc Apple World is known for its main feature of exploration and adventure. In the game, while maintaining a or several tycoons, you can adventure off to collect coins and gems which can be used to buy collectibles at the various shops around the landslides. Further towns and regions were blocked off by walls requiring a certain amount of rebirths to go through. TAW introduced the save and rebirth systems to the series, which were later recycled into the system used in Crazy Thicc Coconuts. It is the only game in the series where a player can grow pomegranates.
Later on, potions were added in the v3 patch which allows the players who have access to witch shops to be able to boost certain crops by certain stats for that rebirth/run of that tycoon.
Modern Reboot[]
On May 19th, 2021, the original Thicc Apple World was discontinued due to Finobe's shutdown. However, it would be the first to see the light of day on the modern Roblox platform. On July 12th, 2021, Thicc Apple World (renamed Thick Apple World) would received a reboot with functioning autosaves just like the original. The reboot, dubbed version 3.1, would patch a visual bug with unbought tycoons and add a total collectible counter.
